Mika
Young Mika
Homid form, just before her Rite of Adulthood

Child name: Mika (Clever Raccoon)
Breed: Homid
Tribe: Uktena
Auspice: Theurge

Nation: Seneca, of the Iroquois Nations
Sept Totem: Bear

Homid Appearance: Mika is of medium height and slim build, and she is very graceful. Her hair is long, black, and straight, reaching the small of her back. As a child, she leaves it loose and unadorned. Her skin is the color of copper, and her eyes are very dark, almost black.

Personality

Mika is playful, energetic and very intelligent and curious. She loves to play and loves being a child. However, she also likes to learn, and is very anxious to begin learning the Rites and Rituals of the Theurge.
She is outgoing, likes making friends, and likes taking charge in games and play. She likes animals, and swimming, and collecting fallen feathers, pretty rocks, egg shards, and other things. She has a small collection in her area of the longhouse.
Mika is interested in the spirit world and the knowledge the shamans have. She was apprenticed to Elder Lakota, the Master of the Rites, when she first showed an aptitude for the spirit world. She spends her time learning what she can, watching the Rites, and playing, by herself as often as with others.
She enjoys wandering through the forest talking to the spirits as much as playing pranks on her brother and her friends.

History

Onatah and Dekanawida were childhood friends through their families. When they grew older, they fell in love, and they married shortly after passing their Rites of Adulthood.
Onatah gave birth six times, but only three of her children lived past the first couple years: Chumani, Mika (now Oiseta), Anuli
